Q. WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT HOURS OF OPERATIONS for catering?

A. Because we guarantee fresh, high-quality boba tea, our catering operations are roughly 3-4 hours depending on the size of the order. Due to our student-employees' availability, we are limited to delivery times after 2:00 pm for Monday-Friday. We can accommodate any delivery time on the weekends. However, every order is taken on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us if your order falls outside our recommended time-frame

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. There is no cancellation fee up to 3 days ahead of the date of delivery. For cancellations up to 24 hours before the date of delivery, there is a fee of 50% of the order. No refunds will be given on the day of the delivery.

 

Q. What is your order-change policy?

A. Order changes can be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

 

Q. Where is the pick-up location for off-campus orders?

A. We recommend taking Rice Blvd, entering at Entrance 20 (the red star), and driving straight on Alumni Drive. There is a driveway (the red circle) immediately following Rice Municipal Center's circular driveway.
